    Our goal of operation is to guarantee 100% satisfaction with our customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from Proficient Billiards, you may return it within the applicable time frame by calling (717) 478-8283 or by emailing us at sales@proficientbilliards.com. 

You may request a refund, a product exchange, or a credit equal or greater to your original purchase price.

Return and Exchange Policy:

• Proficient Billiards must be notified any problems within 48 hours of the receive date for a return authorization number. 
  • DO NOT SEND ANYTHING HERE WITHOUT NOTIFYING US FIRST

• Returned Cues must be unchalked and without any damage.  (example - any type of sanding, re tapering, or chalking will void our return policy).
• All products being returned for a refund or credit must be returned in their original unused condition. 
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise was damaged in transit.
• If your cue was damaged in transit you must save the original box for insurance purposes. We cannot refund any money on damaged merchandise that does not have the original shipping container.
