When you are ready to send your cue in for work please include a work order form. Finishing work usually takes about 10 to 14 days to complete.

This is an example of what an original wrap can be cleaned to look like. Not all wraps can be cleaned and if there is any damage like a scratch or a rip then the wrap should be replaced. At the time of finish we recommend that a cue has a wrap replacement, but we can leave the original wrap on an finish to it, there is a $15 clean and repress fee that applies to any wrap that is left on during refinishing. Cues that we ususally leave original wraps on are the ones that have the Cortland Irish linen, which is no longer in production.
