Returned Cues must be unchalked and without any damage. (example - any type of sanding, re tapering, or chalking will void our return policy). All products being returned for a refund or credit must be returned in their original unused condition. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any non-defective cue or accessory, which is returned for a refund. When exchanging an unused product you will be given store credit which can be used on anything of equal or greater value. (example - if you decide the item is not what you wanted or you simply change your mind). Shipping charges are non-refundable. This policy is subject to change without notice.
